My name is Matthew Milam and I have over 9+ years doing technical support for Windows and Apple Macintosh computers as well as mobile devices. I have experience with also troubleshooting Office 365 (this includes Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
